Future-Forward Conversations on Climate, Capital and Community at London Climate Action Week (LCAW) 2026

As part of London Climate Action Week (LCAW) 2026, Women Inspiring Network (WIN), in collaboration with Goals House, hosted an exclusive breakfast roundtable that convened global leaders from business, finance, sustainability, technology and policy. Centred on the theme, Capital, Culture & Climate: Rewiring Influence for a Regenerative Future, the discussion explored how leadership, investment and collective action can unlock innovative solutions and drive long-term value in an increasingly complex world.

Moderated by Stuti Jalan, Founder and Curator of WIN, the session opened with keynote remarks from Uday Khemka, Managing Trustee of The Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation and Vice Chairman of SUN Group. Conversations focused on translating climate ambition into measurable action, with leaders sharing perspectives on sustainable growth, responsible investment, technological innovation, biodiversity, adaptive leadership and cross-sector collaboration.

The roundtable brought together senior representatives from organisations including ServiceNow, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Deloitte, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, Formula E, CDP, Frontier Markets, Smartworld Developers and others. Spotlight speakers included Charlotte Kirby, Vice President, Global Strategic Relations, ServiceNow; Dimitris Manikis, President, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Dr Watceilia Varso, Founder & CEO, Practice Vision – The Art of Reengineering; and Stephanie Speck, Global Director, Strategic Partnerships, Engagement and Communication, Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT.

They shared insights on digital innovation, sustainable hospitality, adaptive leadership and nature-positive growth, highlighting the interconnected role of business, technology and collaboration in advancing climate action. The event concluded with a shared recognition that climate action can no longer operate in silos, and that meaningful progress will require businesses, investors, policymakers and communities to work together in building a responsible future.
