Women Inspiring Network (WIN) and The Body Shop curate powerful International Women’s Day round table on Beauty Begins Within
National, 2026: Marking International Women’s Day (IWD) in March, Women Inspiring Network (WIN) and The Body Shop will host a closed-door round table on March 2, 2026, at The Quorum, Gurugram, centred on the theme, Beauty Begins Within. As conversations around beauty continue to evolve, the evening will bring together founders, creators, industry leaders and change makers to reflect on a cultural shift that moves beyond appearance-led ideals towards well-being, individuality and choice, and how women are leading that change on their terms.
The initiative draws inspiration from the philosophy of The Body Shop founder, Dame Anita Roddick, who believed beauty is not something dictated by society, but a deeply personal expression of identity and values.
As social norms shift, more women are redefining beauty in ways that feel honest and empowering. The discussion will explore this evolution, the quiet pressures women continue to navigate, and how a new generation is reshaping the narrative across industries and communities. A strong focus will also be placed on women-led enterprises that are building thoughtfully, listening closely to real needs and creating with care.
