Women Inspiring Network and Goals House Convened Leaders to Shape
India’s AI Playbook

~ An intimate lunch roundtable in New Delhi brought together tech mavericks, innovators and investors to explore how India’s inclusive approach to AI can guide the world.~

National | February 2026: Against the vibrant backdrop of the AI India Impact Summit, an intimate gathering unfolded in the heart of Old Delhi. On February 18, 2026, Women Inspiring Network (WIN), in collaboration with Goals House, hosted a closed-door lunch roundtable at the restored 19th century haveli, Kathika Culture Centre, bringing together some of the sharpest minds across technology, policy, investment and culture. Titled From India to the World: Shaping India’s AI Playbook, the session was designed as a warm and honest conversation where leaders sat across the table, shared perspectives and collectively imagined what India’s role in the global AI story could look like.

Designed in the signature style of Goals House, the gathering unfolded across three curated tables, opening with short keynote reflections and moving into candid, cross-sector conversations over lunch. The invitation-only roundtable featured Anne Marie Engtoft Meldgaard, Tech Ambassador, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Denmark; Deepankar Sanwalka, Senior Partner, Grant Thornton LLP Bharat; Harita Gupta, Global Customer and Employee Experience Leader, Sutherland; Kanika Tekriwal, Co-founder & CEO, JetSetGo; Roma Datta Chobey, Managing Director, Google India; and Sarika Naik, Group Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and Member of the Group Executive Committee, Capgemini.

They were joined by policymakers, investors, founders and organisation heads working across AI, public policy, design, education, sustainability, health and social innovation. With its intimate and thoughtfully curated format, the dialogue remained open, practical and action-led, where meaningful exchange mattered more than presentations.
As AI reshapes how economies grow and how societies function, India is steadily carving out its own path, one rooted in inclusion, affordability, indigenous knowledge systems and the strength of regional languages. This unique social and technical ecosystem is already driving meaningful innovation across sectors. Through this roundtable, Women Inspiring Network (WIN) and Goals House explored a simple but powerful question: can India’s approach become a blueprint for ethical, accessible AI for the world? By bringing diverse voices to one table at a defining moment, the partners sparked conversations aimed at building lasting partnerships and solutions beyond theory.

Stuti Jalan, Founder, Women Inspiring Network, said, “Our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created a true AI magnum opus for India, and you can feel that momentum everywhere. AI is the future, and seeing young India participate with such energy and confidence made me incredibly proud. Through our WIN x Goals House gathering, we brought diverse leaders together to exchange ideas and shape an inclusive, responsible AI playbook, not just for India, but for the world.”

The Women Inspiring Network (#WINLounge) is a dynamic platform for bold ideas and meaningful conversations. I’d like to thank our sponsors—Tower Capital, World Gold Council, Dasra, and Encubay—and express gratitude for the support from the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and Frontier Markets.
